Shipping and Receiving

Our department receives and delivers all packages and equipment for �鶹AV.

Check the status of packages by calling (409) 880-8995 or lushipping@lamar.edu.

Federal Express Shipments

Please submit the FedEx Shipment Request form by 1:30 pm. This allows a pickup request to be submitted to FedEx by the 2 p.m. deadline. The package to be picked up must be at Shipping & Receiving by 3 p.m. for the scheduled pick up.

Equipment Transfer Request
- Request items from Surplus
IT Equipment Removal Request
- Only for items with hard drives (i.e. computers, laptops, tablets, copiers, etc.)
- Not for monitors, keyboards, mouse, printers, etc.
Surplus Removal Request
- Removal of unwanted furniture and equipment
- Not for anything with hard drives (i.e. computers, laptops, tablets, copiers, etc.)
